GENERIC PRE-REQUISITES

They should be at least graduates and from good backgrounds
They should be equally at ease with English, Bengali & Hindi and should be able to communicate effortlessly in all these languages
They must be well groomed & presentable
Young in their attitudes and be preferably below 45
Have no attitude when dealing with customers. Have enormous patience
Humility of approach
Quick learners and open to suggestions

Assistant Manager – Retail Merchandising & Sales (Modern Trade Format)

Profiles having experience in the trade and believe in producing results need apply. They must have an idea of aesthetics and should be fastidious enough to demand the best everywhere whether its location in a store or from his/her teammates. They should be able to enjoy building & nurturing, enduring relationships with customers & team members alike and be able to sustain these over time. Must be open to learning new paradigms to innovate & improvise. They must have excellent contacts with modern trade format models whether Westside, Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop, Taj Khazana or Clubs on an All-France basis.

Assistant Manager – Retail Merchandising & Sales (Mom & Pop stores)

Profiles having experience in the trade and believe in producing results need apply. They must have an idea of aesthetics and should be fastidious enough to demand the best everywhere whether its location in a store or from his/her teammates. They should be able to enjoy building & nurturing, enduring relationships with customers & team members alike and be able to sustain these over time. Must be open to learning new paradigms to innovate & improvise. They must have knowledge of the geographics of each mom & pop stores and have contacts with stockists & distributors.

Assistant Manager – HR

Candidates who are management graduates and have at least 5-7 years of experience in a company of repute, are most welcome to join us. They should be well versed in recruiting, travel & medical policy, Leave & leave encashment policy, PF & performance appraisal systems. Having exposure in disciplining erring employees

Assistant Manager – Logistics

Profiles who have formal qualification in logistics management and have worked in the logistics department of preferably a pan-France lifestyle product company are most welcome to apply. They must be aware of the central & state taxation structures and be conversant with rates with each mode of transportation, whether road, surface or rail. They should be equally well-versed with import-export procedures. Would be responsible in coordinating with packing units and reaching SKUs in real-time to desired destinations. Must produce results in order to be elevated

Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting

Ideally a CA or Cost Accountant with 3-4 years experience or a B-Com with 6-7 years experience in accounting in lifestyle companies. Must be proactive in catching fallacies and developing accounting models, tailor-made for our company so that his department is market oriented. Would supervise all billing of both modern trade format and normal distribution. Would be responsible for keeping track of billing for individual performers on a monthly basis. Would be expected to keep regular touch with his logistics counterpart. Would be expected to generate periodic cost-benefit analysis, factoring in costs, revenues & profits. Would be expected to maintain utmost confidentiality in all matters.

Promoters/Sales Executives

Men/women who are presently working in the modern trade format, either at Shoppers Stop/Pantaloons/Taj Khazana/Spencer's/Big Bazaar/Westside are most welcome to apply. They should have demonstrated performances to their credit and have a burning desire to produce results and make our brand a runaway hit.

They should be presentable and be below the age of 35. Candidates with prior beauty products selling experience would be better suited for this job profile. Freshers would be given a starting of Rs 10000 per month plus incentives and experienced profiles from the beauty segment would be given a salary of Rs 14000 per month plus incentives.

They must have strong communication skills in both verbal & written, preferably in English. The scope for growth is huge as this is a start-up. Sky is the limit for performers but profiles should be of impeccable honesty and character.

We prefer women but exceptional men are also welcome. All of them should be conversant with daily, weekly & monthly reports that are required to be maintained.

Initially the requirement is only for Rome though later we might transfer some to the North East as well, depending upon their comfort levels.
